Are You A Re or a Pro?
In business, there are two types of people - "Res" and "Pros"
The most obvious "res" and "pros" are:
Reactive - Dealing with circumstances, issues or opportunities as they come up, and therefore being unprepared when they do.
Proactive - Looking for opportunities to improve your business, help others and make a difference. Having a plan so when something comes up, you're ready.
BUT there are many more:
REs:
Rejecting - Looking at the world in a negative way.
Regressive - Falling back into bad habits when things don't go your way.
Reclusive - Staying in your comfort zone and not getting out to meet new people. (You can be reclusive and still have a big social media presence!)
Regretful - Wishing you had, or had not, done (or said) something
Try embracing the Pros in life:
Projecting - Setting goals, making things happen.
Promotional - Building others up (not promoting yourself) and supporting their dreams and goals.
Progressive - Trying new things, adapting to changes. Embracing the future.
Prolific - Writing, speaking, doing. (Nike has the right idea: just do it!)
So, the question is, are you a "Re" or a "Pro?"
It's a choice, one that needs to be made daily. Promote, progress, project. Be proactive. Every single day.
